FIVE ISLAND BAY  –  EMMETSBURG, IOWA

Five Island Bay is a new housing development now offering properties on the west shore of Emmetsburg, Iowa’s Five Island Lake. We are located 2 miles North of Emmetsburg from Casey’s. Turn North at Casey’s General Store onto Lawler Street until you get to 350th St. Turn east onto 350th Street for one mile. The lake lots will be marked by signs.

At around 1,000 acres, Five Island Lake stretches 5 miles southwest to northeast with Emmetsburg’s Soper park at the southern tip and Five Island Bay just north of the midway point on the western shore. While more residents are choosing to enjoy the advantages of lakeside living, much of the area remains farmed or wooded, creating a secluded retreat perfect for fishing, boating, swimming and a host of other summer and winter activities.
